We recommend wearing non-restrictive, comfortable clothing that allows you to move easily. • Chiropractic & Physiotherapy: Athletic wear, yoga pants, leggings, or shorts are ideal so your practitioner can assess your movement and provide treatment without restriction. • Massage Therapy: You’ll be asked to undress to your comfort level and will always be properly draped with sheets or blankets during treatment. • Acupuncture: Loose clothing makes it easier to access areas like arms, legs, or your back. If needed, gowns or draping will be provided. No matter which service you’re coming in for, your privacy and comfort are always respected.

No, you do not need a referral from your doctor to see a chiropractor, physiotherapist, massage therapist, or acupuncturist. You can book an appointment directly with us.
